RIDGNAR Run to Remember 2016

Well it happened again and we had a great turnout, a great time, remembered our angels, made memories and pushed ourselves. We want to teach our kids they can do hard things and to remember to do whatever they can to get back to live with the ones we love who are on the other side.

These littles and some bigs ran there heart out. I was most proud of Lynn and Brooklynn, I really had to raz them to come join us but they worked hard and pushed themselves to the limit. Brooklynn is not different and just as competitive as all the Godderidges! She made it up Smithfield to the campground and the three mile road up Franklin. So proud of her! 

Two day old Reyah Ruby Stokes even made an appearance. Cortni was a champ and came along  in the van and watched the kids run the road. She is a beauty and we are so glad she is here

This is at the top of tony grove before you go down to the lake. The view is beautiful up there. But Oh my goodness it is not easy getting there. I got my first cramps and it was brutal!

 DAY TWO!

We had a great weekend and made memories for sure. I gave each person one of these shoe tags with the word remember engraved on it along with a poem.

Remember Jen, Ken and Jett with smiles not tears

Remember they are helping you through your fears

Remember HIS plan and keep hold of the Rod

Remember you are loved and a child of a God

Remember to keep CLIMBING any mountain you come across

Families are FOREVER and our angels are cheering for us.
